Tagaytay Getaway! Let's Go!
Nothing is comparable to a relaxing vacation and there's no better way to do that but by spending it close to nature. I had a taste of a wonderful break over the weekend when I visited the majestic City of Tagaytay. Although it's already considered as a city, Tagaytay definitely can offer eye-pleasing scenery. The beautiful Taal Volcano is Tagaytay's front runner hot spot. Looking at it is like staring at a beautiful work of art. The landscape is breathtaking from all angles. The view can be enjoyed while having a great meal or just by simply drinking a cup of tea in a nearby coffee shop or restaurant around the lake that cradles the volcanic islands of Taal. Here's a preview of what you can expect. Enjoy!

Venturing to Acting :)
Acting is one of my greatest fascinations. I oftentimes find myself mimicking scenes I watched from my favorite drama anthology "Maala-ala mo Kaya" when i was younger. Acting in front of the mirror has always been a delight to do not knowing that I will have a chance to really train for this craft. My college friend Joey Duenas introduced me to his latest activity just 2 weeks ago. He is a person who really does what he feels like doing no matter what. His drive made me reconsider his invitation to give it a try. I'm glad I said yes. Seeing myself working with the likes of Soxie Topacio and Joey Paras made me think that it is possible to really embrace the art of acting. They are indeed masters of the industry and it is just humbling to see how passionate they are to share with aspiring actors what they learned from experience. I really think that acting is a serious business. :)

Laura James- ANTM 19 Winner!
Just like how it's predicted, Laura James was named America's Next Top Model College Edition Winner! She remained consistent from start to finish! You know a winner when you see one and Laura is the one!
ANTM 19: The Winner According to Bendz
America's Next Top Model is now a cultural phenomenon. All its avid followers are now hoping for their favorite models to take home the prizes at stake in this season's finale. On it's 19th cycle where all huge changes happened, who will be named as America's Next Top Model? Laura is my pick because of her high fashion awkwardness. She's like an oversize barbie with alien-like stare. Leila's edge will be her gap but I don't think that will take her far. Kiara on the other hand can become the dark horse of the competition improving on latter part of the show. May the best model win! Whoever that is, for me, Allison Harvard is my all time Top Model! Good luck everyone! :-)
Manila's Dancing Cop Dropping Like it's Hot!
Looking for Santa Claus? You will not find him anywhere cold because he is dropping like it's hot in the streets of Manila! Meet the Philippines' dancing policeman dressed completely as Santa Claus! Maybe not as healthy as how we know our Christmas Hero, but he definitely has the energy to make you say HOHOHO! Under the excruciating heat of the sun, our Santa Cop directs traffic in SM Mall of Asia, the biggest mall in the land. With his Santa outfit, which i think doesn't give so much comfort, he dances like there's no tomorrow making him the main road attraction. He is definitely someone who is passionate on what he does and i hope he receives a well deserved gift this Christmas.......:-)

Walking Dead Most Moving Episode: The Death of Lori, Episode 4 Season 3
I never thought that a television show dedicated to walking cadavers will be as emotionally moving as the last episode of "Walking Dead, Season 3." It's more than the fear of seeing rotten bodies chasing a group of tired people armed to survive a virus that could infect them once they are bitten. It is seeing the shows lead actor Rick, "Andrew Lincoln"cried like a baby and collapsed like a helpless kid when he learned that Lori, died after giving birth to their daughter due to a painful and bloody delivery inside a prison cell. Although, we still hope that she's not really dead since they found no body still even inside some walkers' tummy. Now, going back to Rick, Oh man! His acting was superb! I cried for the first time watching an action packed series. That is an acting worthy of an Emmy. I can't wait to see more of this season. More than fear, this show can really make you grab a tissue...... This is Walking Dead, "According to Bendz."
According to Bendz
I always have a say to anything. I think, this is just the right time that I share it with everybody. I'm in the perfect generation to do it. My views maybe the same as you see things, which can prevent arguments. It could be different or conflicting at times that could stir up exchange of opinions, but the best part is, we now have a highly publicized venue to express it. The WEB. As an artist I believe that expression is an art because it can move people . I hope to move my readers like how every experience will move me to write about them. This is the world as I see it. Let's share the experience. This is the world "According to Bendz." :)
